By purchasing any firearm (new or used) from Ankura Knife Company LLC, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase and possess firearms, and that you are in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the firearm, its components, and any associated accessories are legal to own in your specific jurisdiction before making a purchase.

• No Warranty: All used firearms are sold "AS-IS" with no express or implied warranties regarding mechanical condition, safety, or functionality.
• Inspection Required: While we perform visual inspections, Ankura Knife Company LLC has not test-fired or internally certified these used firearms. We strongly recommend and advise that every used firearm be thoroughly inspected by a qualified, certified gunsmith prior to loading or firing.

Firearms are inherently dangerous objects. By purchasing from us, you assume all risk and liability associated with the handling, storage, use, misuse, or ownership of the firearm. Ankura Knife Company LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or death resulting from the use, malfunction, or defect of any new or used firearm.

All firearm sales must comply with federal law and will be shipped exclusively to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The buyer is responsible for completing all required background checks, paperwork, and transfer fees at their local FFL dealer. If you fail your background check, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
